What do I have to do to purchase Monthly Parking Pass?

Monthly Parking Pass can be purchased directly at Presgo Gateways Sdn. Bhd. Office by providing the required information in the Registration Form. Your application and order will be processed and upon successful payment, we will deliver your Monthly Parking Pass the next working day*.

*Subject to terms and conditions stipulated in Shipping Policy.

 

How much will the Monthly Parking Pass cost?

The Monthly Parking Pass costs RM75.00 for one vehicle.

 

How can I pay for my Monthly Parking Pass and how many months can I pay at one time?

You can pay your Monthly Parking Pass direct at Head Office or via our sales team. You can pay up to three (3) months at one time and we will issue three (3) Monthly Parking Pass to you accordingly.

 

If I apply for a Monthly Parking Pass online, how long should I allow to receiving it?

If you apply online, your Monthly Parking Pass will be delivered to you the next working day upon successful payment.

 

Is there an auto renewal option for Monthly Pass?

No, there isn’t. All renewal of Monthly Parking Pass must be made by you at Presgo Gateways Sdn. Bhd. Branch Office. Presgo Gateways Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible if your expired Monthly Parking Pass is not renewed due to your failure to renew.

 

How do I cancel my Monthly Parking Pass?

You are not entitled to cancel your order and seek any refund from Presgo Gateways Sdn. Bhd. when you have paid for the Monthly Parking Pass.

 

Where can I use the Monthly Parking Pass?

The Monthly Parking Pass can be used in any areas within Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru (MBJB).

 

Can I share my Monthly Parking Pass with my colleague?

No, because your Monthly Parking Pass is not transferable, you cannot share it with anybody else. The Monthly Parking Pass issued to you is printed with your Vehicle Registration Number and Road Tax Number. Hence your Monthly Parking Pass cannot be used for other vehicle.

Why do I need to register when purchasing Monthly Parking Pass?

You need to register the first time you apply for Monthly Parking Pass for record purposes. Details that you provide to us will be used when processing your Monthly Parking Pass as well as for delivery purposes.

 

What is Kayangan Parking Sdn Bhd going to do with the registered information?

The registered information that you have provided us will be kept confidential for our record purpose only and will remain with us. There will be no information violation and / or exploitation to third party.

 

Is my information safe with Presgo Gateways Sdn Bhd?

Yes, your information will be safe with us because your information will not be violated and / or exploited in any ways to third party. Your information will remain with us only.

 

Is it possible to obtain the Monthly Parking Pass without providing any personal information?

No, it is not possible. We need the details required for Monthly Parking Pass issuance and delivery.

Whom do I report to when my Monthly Parking Pass is lost?

If you lost your Monthly Parking Pass, you must report to Presgo Gateways Sdn. Bhd. Branch by calling our Hotline at 1-300-8000-18 immediately.

 

How do I apply for Monthly Parking Pass replacement?

You can only apply for Monthly Parking Pass replacement from Presgo Gateways Sdn. Bhd, 27, Jalan Permas 10, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, 81750 Masai, Johor, Malaysia - With RM5.00 charge!
